In a bowl, soak the gelatin sheets in cold water.

Peel the fruits you are going to use and cut them into small pieces. In my case I used oranges and nectarines but you can do it with other fruits without any problem.

In a blender or mixer, blend the fruit well until smooth.

When the mixture is homogeneous, separate a little in a shaker and add the protein. Stir until it dissolves well, well.

Put the gelatin sheets in the crushed mixture and add the part with the protein. Mash well. When ready, add to cups or yogurt/flan molds.

Let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours and... Enjoy!
