Chicken curry with mango and rice

We put the rice to boil in a saucepan, and meanwhile, we cut the chicken breast and roast it in the pan with a little oil so that it does not stick. Once the chicken breast is golden brown, set aside.

Cut a small onion and garlic into very small pieces and add them to the pan to cook. After about 5 minutes, add the tablespoon of turmeric, curry and ginger powder. Let it cook for another 3 minutes, and in the meantime cut a mango into pieces.

The mango that we have previously cut, we put it in a blender glass, together with the mixture of onion and garlic. Add 4 tablespoons of water and blend until it becomes a puree. Once blended, pour it back into the pan with the chicken and add the juice of 1/2 lemon. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes and place it next to the rice in the dish. Add the cilantro, and that's it!
