Oatmeal, banana and chocolate cookies

Preheat the oven without a tray to 170° while we make the cookie dough.

Mash the banana with a fork until a puree is obtained.

On the other hand, grind the oats together with the chocolate.

Add the cinnamon and the oat and chocolate mixture to the banana (if you prefer, you can use oat flour or whole oat flakes and powdered or chopped chocolate, but the dough will not have the same texture).

Divide the dough into 4 or more small balls with the help of a fork and flatten them to form the cookies on baking paper (the dough is a little sticky to do it with your hands).

Bake for about 10 minutes. Make sure they do not burn underneath

The cookies should have a spongy texture. They can be eaten hot or cold, but freshly made they are delicious. It is better to eat them during the same day or they will become gummy and will not be as tasty.
