INGREDIENTS Chicken breast filleted and cut in long pieces Egg (1) Oat flakes (crushing optional) Lemon juice Spices: Curry Pepper Salt Onion and garlic powder Parsley Aove

Mix all the spices with the egg and the lemon juice. Add lemon juice and curry to the breasts and stir.

Dip the breast pieces in the egg and then in the oat flakes.

Place them on the baking sheet separately. If there are eggs left over we can pour them over with the help of a fork. This way it stays more compact and does not go to waste.

Finally, with the help of a spoon, put a little olive oil on top (to taste). BAKE FOR 20-30 min at 180 approx. Preheat while preparing everything.
