1️⃣ We make the mayonnaise with an egg to which we are adding the olive oil that accepts while beating (without lifting the mixer from the bottom until we see that the aove has been integrated).

2️⃣ Mix in a bowl a teaspoon of each spice (basil, oregano, rosemary, parsley, thyme, garlic powder, black pepper and a pinch of salt) and add a tablespoon of this mixture to the mayonnaise. We put the mayonnaise in the refrigerator so that it gets the flavor of the spices.

3️⃣Cut the seasoned chicken breast into strips and fry it in the pan with the peppers and a little olive oil.

4️⃣ We make a two-egg French omelet.

5️⃣Pour the cooked chicken and peppers over the tortilla and add a little lettuce and mayonnaise to taste.
