Grilled chicken with sweet potato chips

Preheat the AirFryer to 180 °C (350 °F). Wash, peel and cut the sweet potato. I have chosen to cut it into sticks, but you can cut it as you like.

Chop the onion and cook it slowly on the griddle, with a little EVOO, over low heat. Cut the breast into fillets or cubes, and cook in the same pan as the onion, once it is almost done, with a little salt.

Season the sweet potato and place in the AirFryer for approximately 25 minutes. TIP: stir every 5 minutes and check for doneness.

Make the egg. I have steamed it in the lékué. Another option is to poach it, so that it has as little fat as possible.
