Mix the egg and egg whites.

Then add the vegetable milk and mix again.

Add the oat flour, baking powder and vanilla flavoring and mix until a homogeneous dough is obtained.

Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.

When hot, pour a little of the batter and spread it over the entire surface of the pan.

Cook for a few minutes until the pancake is golden brown.

Remove from the pan and place on a plate.

To finish, accompany the dish to taste, in my case I put sliced bananas, peanut butter and zero syrup.
