Wash, peel and cut the sweet potato into sticks.

Preheat the oven to 200°.

In a bowl mix the sweet potato with two tablespoons of oil, one teaspoon of oregano, one teaspoon of cumin, one teaspoon of garlic powder, one teaspoon of sweet paprika, a pinch of black pepper and half a teaspoon of salt. Stir everything well with a fork or with your hands.

Place the sweet potatoes on a baking sheet with baking paper and bake for 25 minutes.
