For the sauce: brown in a little chopped garlic in a little olive oil. Add the anchovies, olives and capers also chopped (be careful that it jumps). Finally add the crushed tomato and the spices you want (no salt, with the anchovies is enough). Let it cook over medium heat for a few minutes.
