Chop the garlic and onion and place in a frying pan over medium heat with a little salt and EVOO until golden brown.

Meanwhile, soak the lasagna sheets in hot water for 3 minutes.

On the other hand, beat the egg together with the grated cheese and spices to taste.

To assemble the lasagna, place in a baking dish first a sheet of lasagna, then one of meat, then one with the cheese slice. Repeat another layer of lasagna, another of meat, another of lasagna and, finally, the layer of egg and grated cheese with spices on top.

Place the mold in the oven at 180ºC for 10 minutes.
