To start we take the two bananas and mash them well with a fork. Then add the mashed banana in a bowl.

Chop the chocolate and hazelnuts in the size of preference, pour it all in a bowl along with the oatmeal and banana. Add cinnamon to taste and the spoonfuls of grated coconut.

Mix everything very well, then take a baking tray and spread the mixture well. Then we will put the tray in the oven (which we must preheat previously to 180° for about 10 minutes approximately) and we will leave it for 15 minutes. We must watch how it is being prepared because the time varies depending on the power of the oven and the more or less crunchy texture of the granola we want.
