Add the eggs and vanilla, mix until well blended.

Add the half cup of oat flakes.

Once integrated, add the blueberries. *If you use frozen blueberries, make sure they are warm.

Heat in a frying pan the oil of your choice, I use olive oil but it can be any oil, coconut oil, butter ....

We pass a napkin to distribute the oil all over the frying pan.

Place a spoonful of the mixture and wait for about 1 minute on each side over medium-low heat.
