We fry a finely chopped spring onion and 3-4 cloves of garlic.

When it is ready, add the rosada (or any fish) in pieces previously salted and peppered. Brown.

Then add a handful of clams and a handful of peas. We reduce a little all that we have added and add 1/2 glass of water and another 1/2 glass of wine. Add parsley and wait about 10 minutes for the sauce to reduce. Ready 👌❤
