Peel and chop all the vegetables (green beans, carrots and pumpkin).

Then add all the vegetables together with the chicken (preferably thigh and thighs) and the chickpeas to the pot.

Fill the pot with water until all the ingredients are covered. It is better to do it in an express pot that will take about 40/45 min. If not, it can be done on medium heat in a normal pot.

Once the cooking time has elapsed, remove the chicken meat for boning and add it chopped to the stew. Serve and enjoy on cold winter days.
