A very easy recipe. Just cut the breast fillets into strips, season with salt and pepper and dip in egg and cornflakes. I recommend crushing the cornflakes a little to make them more uniform. Then we put them in the oven at 200-230 degrees for about 15 minutes. It is important to have the oven very hot to cook the meat.

For the yogurt sauce, mix a natural yogurt, juice of half a lemon, a dash of EVOO and spices. I used basil and black pepper.
