Cut the vegetables into julienne strips while preheating the oven to 200 degrees, heat up and down, put the vegetables in an ovenproof dish, add spices to taste (in my case: salt, black pepper and garlic powder) with a little EVOO and bake for 15 minutes.

Once the time has elapsed put the hake loins on the vegetables pour a little white wine over the loins and sprinkle a little rosemary, return to the oven for 15 minutes heat up and down (I left it 5 minutes more with heat only up).
