Cut the broccoli florets and put them in the microwave for 3 minutes at maximum power. Chop the broccoli so that it has a texture like rice grains.

Cut the mushrooms and onion into small pieces and sauté them in a frying pan with a little olive oil.

Mix all the ingredients including the egg and form our dough (it will not be very compact). We form the "hamburgers" and put them on a baking paper.

Bake at 180ºC for 10' on one side and 10' on the other. And that's it!
