Boil a quarter of a glass of water with the cinnamon stick cinnamon stick, lemon peel and a few balls of aniseed.

When it starts to boil, lower the heat and add the coconut drink. Let it infuse over medium heat for a few minutes, until it starts to smell delicious. Be careful not to burn it!

Add the oatmeal and Cinnamon powder and a pinch of salt (very, very little) and stir. Stir and stir until it thickens to your liking and that's it. The best porridge in the world.

PS: Add the toppings of your choice. This one has lactose-free eco goat yogurt, banana, fig, cocoa nibs and desiccated coconut.
