In a saucepan, sauté the onion, garlic and leek.

Once browned, add the mushrooms, sauté and when they begin to release their water, add the peas.

In a separate frying pan with another teaspoon of oil we mark the seitan cut into strips, and once finished we add it to the vegetables.

Add a glass of broth, the mashed potato (to release the starch and fatten the sauce), salt, black pepper and paprika.
