Prepare the sea bass: clean and add a dash of oil and salt and pepper. It will be steamed. Reserve

Cut and chop the garlic (2 cloves) and the onion. Crush the tomato.

Sauté the 3 previous ingredients. When ready, add the paprika and stir once.

Add the wine, water, potato cut into pieces, bay leaf and salt. Cook over medium heat for about 25 minutes.

When there are 5 minutes left: add the shrimp (raw) and clams.

The sea bass is steamed. If it is in a food processor and it has a steamer, at the same time as the stew, and if not, with the utensil you usually use for steaming. Time: until it is done. The whole corvina is about 20/25 minutes.
