Preheat the oven to 180° up/down and cut the vegetables. First sauté the garlic and onion, then add the carrot and finally the spinach. Season with salt and pepper. When it is poached over medium heat, add the cheese in cubes. And over low heat, stir until it is a little bit crumbled. Set aside.

Cut the chicken breast in half, season with salt and pepper and place in an oven dish, stuff and close the breast. Season again with salt and pepper, add garlic powder and a dash of olive oil.
