Preparación de la receta

Heat a saucepan of water over medium-high heat and add the cauliflower and cook for 20 minutes or until tender.

Preheat the oven to 200ºC

Take the cauliflower out of the water and put it in cold water so as not to burn yourself and place it on a cloth. Drain the cauliflower to remove all the water.

Mix in a bowl the cauliflower with the egg, grated cheese, Parmesan cheese, coconut flour, salt and pepper with a fork and then with your hands (it should not stick to your hands).

Make small balls with your hands, place them on a baking tray and squeeze them with a fork.

Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown and serve with a sauce.
