Sauté the tomato with a little EVOO, salt and spices to taste (pepper, garlic, onion, oregano).

Add the chard and cook for a few minutes.

Once the tomato is well sautéed and the chard is cooked, transfer it to a plate and put it in the microwave for two minutes at maximum power.

Add the cheese and the eggs, leaving the yolk aside to avoid overcooking. Cook at maximum power in 2 minute intervals until the egg whites are fully cooked.

Once the egg whites are cooked, add the egg yolks, add salt and pepper to taste and cook for approximately 1 minute and a half at maximum power.
