Chickpeas with sweet potato

Bring 750 ml of water to boil (vegetable broth can be substituted).

When it starts to boil, add the onion, the peppers and the tomato. You can add half a tomato, natural or already crushed. I also add a little garlic powder. Let it cook over medium-high heat.

Pass everything through the blender and pour it back into the pot. Now add the chopped potato and cook over medium-high heat.

Now add the chopped sweet potato and carrot. You can now add the spoonfuls of paprika and I also add a pinch of ginger. Leave on medium-high heat until the sweet potato is soft.

Lower the heat and add the previously drained and washed chickpeas.
