Cut the chicken breast into small pieces (or minced meat), onion, garlic, oil and put everything in a frying pan over medium heat for 5 minutes.

Then add the spices and continue mixing.

Peel the carrots and grate it, also grate the zucchini and add it to the pan.

Cut the bell pepper (in small pieces) and add it, leave everything over medium heat for 15/20 minutes (until the water is completely removed from the filling), then turn off the heat and add the parsley and let it cool completely so that the brik dough does not break).

Then we take the brick pastry sheets and cut them into long strips, we spread them with a little oil or butter and fill them with a spoon of our mixture and start forming triangles, we place them on a tray and bake them until they turn golden brown.
