Wash and cut the eggplants and tomatoes into slices. Coat the eggplant slices with a little oil, pepper and salt.

Place in a baking dish rows of eggplant and then tomato, and so on.

Once the vegetables are ready, put mozzarella cheese on top (sliced or grated) and decorate with basil leaves.
