Mix the oat flakes with the milk and whisk everything in a bowl until you have a homogeneous texture, not too liquid but not too thick either.

Put a little EVOO in a frying pan and spread it all over the surface. Once it is hot, pour the mixture. I have done it in two times. One for each pancake

Wait until you see that the pancake is cooked on one side and flip it over with a spatula.

When ready, place on a plate and add the chocolate, banana, raspberries and blackberries.
