Preheat the oven to 200°C for a few minutes to bring it to temperature.

Coat a baking tray with 10g (one tablespoon) of EVOO using a kitchen brush. Place the peppers on the tray and coat them evenly with another tablespoon of oil. Sprinkle the peppers with salt.

Place the tray with the peppers in the oven and cook with fan for 20 minutes (approximately) at 170°C (350°F).
