Meatballs: First we mince beef and chicken (I buy it from the butcher already minced). In a bowl add the meat, garlic and chopped parsley, salt and egg. And stir Then we make balls and pass through wholemeal breadcrumbs. We put the balls of meatballs in an ovenproof dish. Program 30 minutes at 180°.

Chicken broth: Put the chicken bones, carrot and onion in a pot. Cook for 30-40 minutes Once cooked, strain through a sieve and set aside. The chicken broth gives an incredible flavor to this dish.

Sauce: Chop onion, red bell pepper and carrot. In a frying pan put some olive oil and sauté the vegetables. Once sautéed, add two spoonfuls of tomato, stir and add the wine. Let it evaporate and then add the chicken broth and chopped parsley. Cook for 10 minutes and blend

Final step: We put in a pan or pot the crushed sauce, chopped mushrooms, peas. About 15 minutes, then add the meatballs and mix with the sauce. And to disfrutarlas‼️
