Boil the edamame as it says on the bag, so you can see that they are opening. While they are boiling, chop the garlic. Once they finish boiling, put them in a colander to remove the water.

Pour extra virgin olive oil in a frying pan and, once hot, add the garlic.

Fry the garlic for one minute or until you can smell it.

Add the tajin, then the soybeans and then the lemon juice.

Add the edamame to the pan and stir for 1 or 2 minutes.

When plating add a little more Tajín. And it's ready!
