In a blender, add the date (you can also add two, to taste), the vegetable drink (I use coconut drink, but you can also use almond drink) and the Matcha green tea, and blend until very smooth.

Once we have it, we put all the mixture in a bowl and add the chia seeds and mix them with the mixture.

When the mixture is ready, add some chopped raspberries and blackberries (or whatever fruits you like, although I think these are great for this super smoothie😉). Put it in the fridge for 15-30 minutes to keep it cool and enjoy! ❤
