Chop the bell pepper and the onion and sauté them in the fire with a little EVOO and salt.

On the other hand, in a glass with water, add the spoonful of cornstarch and stir until it melts. In the same glass put the 5 spoonfuls of soy sauce and stir to mix well.

Once the bell pepper and onion are half done, add the shrimps and the desired spiciness (I have added them because I like spicy and they were small, add to taste). Sauté for a few minutes and add the sauce and one or two glasses of water.

We leave it on the fire until the sauce thickens and the shrimp are done, and ready ✅.
