Arepas stuffed with avocado, tuna and yogurt

Mix the flour with the spices (to taste) and add the TEMPERED water and knead until the dough is smooth, firm and does not stick! Let it rest for 5 minutes while we prepare the filling.

We prepare the stuffing: we cut half an avocado, add the well-drained can of tuna and half a yogurt and season to taste.

Take a nice portion of the dough, make a ball and flatten it into a round shape. It has to be thick (1cm approx). Put a few drops of oil in a frying pan and brown the arepas for about 2 minutes on each side (until golden brown). Take them out, let them cool a little, open them to put the filling and that's it!
