Mix all the ingredients together. I use vanilla protein, but you can use any flavor you like. Preheat the oven to 170 °C (350 °F) top and bottom heat.

Place in two glass tuppers in the oven at 170°C for 35 mins and leave in the oven turned off for another 10 mins. Be careful with the oven time if you use other molds. Test with a knife if it comes out clean when pierced.
