🌱 PROCEDURE. 1. Cut the pumpkin, carrot and zucchini into small cubes.

2. We put them in a steamer with 1 tablespoon of EVOO and a little salt ~ 7-8' in the microwave🔸As I have several steamers, when I am going to pour EVOO I always use the oldest one.

3. When they are ready, sauté them about 3 minutes in the pan until they are golden brown (I do not add more oil) ➡️ You can skip this step, it is not essential.

4. Serve the arugula, vegetables and feta cheese and add nuts, seeds and Provencal herbs.

5. Season with EVOO and salt to taste (I do not add more because I like it that way). ⠀ And ready!!! I hope you like it as much as I do💜 .
