Mash the banana and beat it with the egg and milk. Add the cinnamon.

Gradually add the flour as you continue beating. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more milk.

Grease a frying pan with a little oil and pour a little of the mixture. cook for two minutes over medium-low heat and turn it over. After 2 minutes remove the pancake and make the next one.

Serve and add toppings to taste. I have added cinnamon and blueberries. Another option can be melted dark chocolate or shredded coconut!
