🐟Homemade tuna fish pie🐟 ✨INGREDIENTS DOUGH✨ 🔸500gr wheat flour. 🔸200ml water 🔸100ml Olive oil 🔸1 sachet of dry baker's yeast or 25gr fresh yeast. 🔸1 teaspoon of salt ✨FILLING: 🔸1 brick/can of ratatouille (in my case fritada from Mercadona). 🔸4 small cans of tuna fish. 🔸2 boiled eggs. ➡️ PREPARATION: For the dough: mix the warm water with the oil and yeast until well dissolved. Then add the flour together with the salt and mix well with a spoon until it can be manipulated by hand. On a floured surface we work the dough kneading well until forming a uniform ball without lumps. Let it rest for 30 minutes.

While we prepare the stuffing: simply mix the drained tuna cans with the ratatouille and the chopped eggs.

After the time has elapsed, separate the dough into two balls, one a little larger than the other. Roll out the larger one with a rolling pin into a rectangular shape. Place it on the baking sheet on a parchment paper, spread the filling on top being careful not to get too close to the edges. Place the other dough on top, which has also been stretched with the rolling pin, and close all the edges well with your fingers or with the help of a fork. If we want (this is optional) we paint on top with beaten egg and decorate with sesame seeds.

Bake at 200° for 30 minutes until the dough is golden brown. Let it rest and eat it warm or cold .
