🍛Rice with vegetable sauce and soy almond sauce🍛

We cook 100-150g of rice per person according to the instructions on the package.

Peel and chop all the vegetables. Wash and slice the mushrooms. Chop the almonds a little, without making flour.

In a pot with a splash of hot EVOO, sauté the almonds for a couple of minutes over high heat.

Add all the vegetables + mushrooms and brown for about 5 minutes over high heat, stirring constantly.

When everything is golden brown without burning, add a good dash of soy sauce, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Lower the heat to the minimum and cover. ‼️ES IMPORTANT TO THROW SALT AND TO COVER SO THAT THE VEGETABLES AND THE MUSHROOMS RELEASE WATER AND A SALSA‼️ IS LEFT.
