Preparación de la receta

In a pot we put to boil water, and we will put the chicken breasts to cook them.

Meanwhile we chop the bell pepper and the onion and we put them in a casserole or in a frying pan with a little EVOO so that they begin to poach; we add the whole garlic, a bay leaf and a pinch of salt. You can add more different vegetables and the quantities can vary according to taste.

You can add a little paprika if you want, cook it and then add the tomatoes that I previously grated and sauté everything well.

When the chicken is ready with a fork, shred or shred it and add it to the rest of the preparation and save half a glass of the cooking water.
