Salmon en papillote with broccoli au gratin.

Preparación de la receta

I use frozen broccoli. I put water to boil, when it boils I add the broccoli and leave it for 4-5 min.

Meanwhile, I take the salmon (I use the trays from Lidl or Mercadona that are already cut loins) and silver foil for the papillote. I put the salmon (in each papillote I put the ones that one person is going to eat). I add a drizzle of oil, salt, parsley and oregano. I cut the tomato in small slices and put 3 slices on top of the salmon and basil on top. I close the foil.

I drain the broccoli and place it in a baking dish with cheese on top.

I put everything in the oven at 180 degrees about 15' (the broccoli depends on when the cheese melts to our taste).
