Mix all the ingredients and season with salt and pepper. I like to add the water little by little so as not to form lumps and not to add too much. It should be a light crepe batter.

In a non-stick frying pan over medium heat pour a thin layer of the mixture. Cook for approximately one minute on each side.

They can be filled with whatever you want, in my case I have put some lettuce leaves, diced avocado, tomato, fresh mozzarella, nuts and crab sticks).
