Wash and chop all the ingredients. Peel the cucumbers well

In a blender, process the peppers, onion, tomatoes... and garlic. If you don't have a blender, it can be done perfectly well with a mixer.

When all the ingredients are blended, add the olive oil, vinegar and salt to taste. Blend and integrate everything well with a hand blender.

If you would like to add bread, add it after blending all the vegetables and mash it well until it is to your liking.

Let it rest in the refrigerator for a few hours and drink it chilled. You can accompany it with pieces of the same vegetables and take it with a spoon, if you like.
