Combination dish (healthy scrambled eggs)

Preheat oven to 200⁰C.

Cut the potato into slices and add spices to taste (salt, pepper, garlic powder, sweet paprika, cumin, oregano, thyme) and a little EVOO. Stir everything and let the potato soak.

Cut the onion and bell pepper into julienne strips and repeat the same process as with the potato.

In the oven tray with parchment paper and brushed AOVE add the potatoes and let them cook for 15-20 minutes, depending on the oven and our taste. Before they are ready, add the onion and the bell pepper and let them finish cooking.

When everything is done, remove the potato, onion and bell pepper and add the ham and cheese and let it cook for 2 minutes (depending on whether you like it more or less crunchy).

At the same time make a grilled egg. And ready to enjoy this great dish!
