Cut all the vegetables and sauté them in EVOO. Add salt to taste.

Then add the teaspoon of paprika de la vera. I have used sweet and spicy.

Add the cooked chickpeas and cover with water (I brought it to the boil with a kettle to save time).

Let it make chupchup for a few minutes and it's ready!

If you make the stew from one day to the next, it will be much tastier, as it gets more flavor. I like to accompany it with a piparra or pickled bug. Enjoy!
