For the cakes: Mix the flour, egg, water and salt. Approximately 4 cakes come out in the pan.

For the stuffing: put EVOO in the pan with some chopped garlic. When it starts to brown, add the mushrooms with a little salt (I also added some parsley 🌿). When they are golden brown, pour the cheese spread and let it mix well with the mushrooms to get the flavor😍.

While doing so, thaw the spinach. When thawed, mix with the mushrooms and the cheese spread. Add salt and pepper.

In another pan brown the fillets with garlic powder. I cut it into squares.

When everything is ready, mix the chicken with the spinach, mushrooms and cheese. If it is too thick, add a little milk. I used soja☺️ drink.

Fill the crêpe with the mixture and sprinkle nutmeg😊💪🏻 on top.
