Prepare all wet ingredients at room temperature. To sweeten with golden apple, wash, peel, dice and roast in the micro (alone or optional with a teaspoon of vanilla) about 2'30" and mash. Allow to warm.

Mix with a hand whisk all the wet ingredients (3 eggs M, sweetener, 1 natural Greek type yogurt, 1 🥄 dita vanilla paste, 35ml. EVOO) Then add all the dry ingredients: 80gr. flour, 25gr. pure cocoa, best alkanized (the dark one), 1 teaspoon of baking soda and 1 teaspoon of chemical yeast.

Pour the homogeneous mixture into a 15cm mold suitable for the micro and cook at medium temperature (360⁰ in mine) for about 8 min. Remove from the mold and let it cool. Serve with a dollop of whipped cream or cover with cling film once cooled for storage. Optional, for the frosting whip 200ml of cream, decorate to taste with chips, chocolate shavings 🍫 85% or a crumbled oreo type cookie if you feel like it 😋.
