Cook the whole wheat pasta and the egg in the same pot according to the directions. I left it for 7 minutes, I poured everything into the water when it started to boil.

Drain the pasta without washing it and put it in a tupper (60 gr dry pasta=140 gr cooked), then dip the egg in cold water. Drain and wash the corn. Open the can of salmon in aove (we will use some of the oil for the dressing) and crumble it. Cut the egg into small pieces and a piece of apple.

Mix everything in the tupper and add 6 g of the salmon oil. t Mash an avocado with about 10 g of the salmon oil and some roasted peanuts without skin.
