Stir-fried Brussels sprouts with soy sauce

Chop the onion and mushrooms and sauté over low heat with a splash of EVOO.

If you have frozen Brussels sprouts, put them in the microwave to thaw for about 5 minutes. Once thawed or fresh, cut them in half and add them to the pan when you see that the onion and mushrooms are half done.

Cut the chicken into cubes and add to the pan when it is a little browned. Spice to taste. I add turmeric, curry, hot paprika, nutmeg and garlic powder. Also add salt if you want.

Finally, add the soy sauce and cook for a couple of minutes. Turn off the heat and add seeds to taste. I added flax seeds and sesame seeds. Mix everything and enjoy!
