Drain and wash 100 gr of konjac noodles (9 calories) and put them in a frying pan to evaporate the water.

We grind or mix the basil or basil paste (sold in newsagents), 2 grams of garlic, protein yogurt, 7 grams of homemade toasted almond cream and a little olive oil. Optionally we can add parmesan powder.

Add the sauce to the pan and let the noodles soak in it, then add diced tomato on top and crumble the salmon in aove on the side and mix it when we are going to eat it.
