Boil the eggs 12-15min

In the meantime, wash, drain and fry the chickpeas in a frying pan over high heat (1 min) and leave on a plate.

Wash, drain and sauté over high heat (2 min) the mushrooms and place with the chickpeas.

Wash, drain and sauté over high heat chard (4 min) mine are leafy because they were the ones I had at home. And place together with chamos and chickpeas.

Add to a large sauté pan the fried tomato and spices for 3 minutes, stirring continuously.

Add to the tomato "the reserved dish" Chickpeas + chard + mushrooms and stir until the food is integrated, and place on a plate.

Remove the eggs from the heat and peel them.

Eggs can be put on top or chopped and added (I like to put them on top once the dish is finished, but you can mix them).
